The beds were fantastic, spotless, and not saggy at all. We slept really well. Even though the hotel was quite full, it stayed very quiet. Our two-room accommodation had everything we needed, and the whole family-run place was clean and well maintained. Anyone complaining about breakfast is beyond help. We'll definitely return.

The surroundings are stunning, the prices very reasonable, and breakfast excellent. We visit Bad Harzburg and the surrounding area every two to three years, and always stay at Hotel Haus Bismarck, run by Mrs. Petereit and her family. They give us a warm welcome every time. It's a beautiful 3-star hotel with a lovely family atmosphere where we feel completely at ease. We'll certainly be back, and highly recommend Hotel Haus Bismarck. See you soon!

It was our first visit, and the service really impressed us. The rooms are very nice, and breakfast is included in the price.

Mrs. Petereit is so kind and helpful. The house feels a little dated, though the rooms are all furnished in a modern style. Breakfast was sufficient, with a few small individual treats. We'll definitely come back.

This little hotel has 80s/90s decor, but the room was clean and extremely spacious, with no high-tech gadgets. The hostess was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious, with eggs freshly prepared for each guest and plenty of tea and coffee. If we're ever in Bad Harzburg again, we'd love to stay here.
