The buffet dinners were filling, with lots of variety each evening, and we loved the spacious, spotless room. The location is ideal, right across from the town center and Kurpark. There’s a free indoor pool, plus a sauna for just 10 €, and you can stay longer than an hour. We spent a few nights here and absolutely loved it. Highly recommended if you’re passing through this beautiful region!

Breakfast and dinner both had a good range of choices, and everything we tried tasted good. The staff were polite, helpful, and quick to respond, and the rooms were clean, quiet, and pleasant. For this level of service, it wasn’t too expensive. A great hotel, recommended!

The tap water was brown, which could pose a serious health concern, and the hotel didn’t take it seriously. It may still be running brown. After a six-hour drive, I couldn’t even shower in the cold town of Gernsbach. They didn’t compensate me for the room fee either. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to be able to shower there.

The rooms were huge, but the shower was poor and the swimming pool was cold. Breakfast was okay, and the hotel had nice parking with a car elevator.
