Haus Auerhahn

We liked the short trips to the ski areas and having the Bad Hindelang Plus Card included. This was our second ski holiday here as a couple with two children, and we'll come back again. The apartment was clean, well equipped, and very fairly priced, and the landlady was kind and friendly. The bread delivery is worth recommending too.

The apartment was a lovely place to relax, especially out on the balcony, and the bread delivery was a nice bonus. The Allgäu Card made it easy to explore, with free local bus rides and plenty of beautiful hiking routes nearby. Even though we arrived late, our warm-hearted hostess took time to show us around. We'll be back, dear Sonja!

The Hindelang Plus Card meant we could enjoy mountain railway rides, archery, pools, and an indoor playground without paying extra. Even with rainy weather, our four nights at Haus Auerhahn were pleasant and relaxing. We were a family of four, and the well-kept garden was a lovely place to sit and enjoy nature. The children also had a trampoline and a big swing. Our two-bedroom apartment had a kitchen and living area, was comfortable and very clean, and had everything needed for cooking. The hostess was approachable and friendly; in our occasional quick chats, we learned quite a bit about Unterjoch and the Allgäu. Many thanks!

Unterjoch is a quiet village with walks from nearly flat paths to alpine hikes. It's away from the busiest tourist routes, though plenty of attractions are still easy to reach. The Bad Hindelang Plus Card was useful for free access to things like cable cars, parking, and swimming pools. We also found Haus Auerhahn peaceful: an embankment and gently babbling brook block the sound of the nearby main road. The apartment had what we needed for a relaxing break, and our hostess was friendly, helpful, and discreet. We had a wonderful holiday and would love to come back.
