Monteurwohnungen in der Residenz am Kurpark

Apartment 302, January 26: It's quiet even though it's central, and parking is excellent. Getting in with the Nuki smart key was very easy. The furnishings are a bit basic, but for the price it's excellent value.

The landlord, Mr. Tannhäuser, is very friendly and always available. Check-in and check-out were simple, and the third-floor apartment was clean and tidy. Keep up the good work! If we're in the area again, we'll definitely stay here.

The apartment was quiet and clean, but the bathroom really needs updating. The shower curtain looks dated, and the radiator is rusty. Even when showering carefully, water gets onto the wall and there's mold there. There wasn't a bath mat either. There are two TVs, but many channels don't come in, including ARD in HD. The whole building has a musty smell, which someone tried to cover with air freshener in the apartment. We probably won't return.

The place is right in the center, next to the spa park, and the apartment itself was cozy and clean. Mr. Tannhäuser was very helpful and accommodating, and finding somewhere to stay was friendly and straightforward. Highly recommended, thank you.
