We booked one night at a fair price, with breakfast included, and the snowfall made the view especially beautiful. It was warm and cozy, and you can charge an electric car there too. Card payment is accepted, though they clearly prefer cash. I had no complaints about the breakfast.

It's very peaceful and picturesque at the edge of the forest, and the small, family-run hotel has a lovely nautical look with lots of thoughtful details. Our room was cozy, spotless, and had a balcony or terrace. The same exceptional cleanliness carried through the hotel. The steep hill can be hard for anyone with limited mobility or no car, but the owner is very friendly and will drive guests to places such as the train station.

We booked at the last minute and got a wonderfully warm welcome, even late in the evening. They showed us to our room, and we were glad to get their restaurant suggestions. Our first-floor room was charming and spotless, just like the rest of the house and grounds. Breakfast was beautifully laid out and small but perfect. There are two car charging stations at a fair price, which we used. The hotel is a little outside the town center, but easy to reach by car and a great base for hikes. We loved our stay and will definitely return.
