We’ll definitely stay here again when we’re back. There’s a kids’ playground nearby, and the garden terrace is lovely. Breakfast and catering were delicious, and the staff were kind and helpful. The little hotel is in a nice spot, with a place to charge an electric car. The bathrooms are a bit dated, but very tidy and clean.

Those cookies made my stay: I mentioned to the receptionist that I liked the ones from the 24-7 food cart, and when there weren’t any left, I later found more waiting on my bed. The restaurant exceeded my expectations and accommodated my diet, and breakfast was fresh rather than thrown together from scraps. My room was cleaned every day without any issues. I don’t speak German, but everyone was friendly and spoke English; the front desk even helped translate when I needed to arrange a rental car. For me, this place is worth five stars, not three. It was one of my best experiences in Bielefeld, a town that doesn’t exist.
