On my way back to Berlin, I chose this hotel so I could also see the sights of Baden-Baden and enjoy the views. Booking was easy, and paying in cash helped when there was a problem with my card. The hotel is well situated, with a bus stop and supermarket within a five-minute walk. The owners are a nice couple who keep the property clean and in good order. If I visit the city again, I'll know where to stay.

For a few days, this place is certainly okay, and it's relatively inexpensive. The location is great, with everything important within a 10-minute walk, and parking is available at the building. The caretaker was friendly and quick to respond. Still, my room was quite run-down, and the cleanliness could have been better. Construction workers seem to make up most of the clientele, too. I wouldn't choose it for a longer stay.

A heads-up about finding the place: your GPS may lead you to the fire station instead. Set it to Geroldsauer Str. 20, 76534 Baden-Baden, drive between houses 20 and 22, cross the stream, then turn left. That's the right address!
