Hotel am Markt

We thought the hotel offered very good value, and breakfast was included in our rate. It was a nice breakfast, too. The old town location is quiet, near the baths, and an easy walk from the downtown restaurants and attractions, though the uphill stretch may be an issue for anyone with mobility problems. Our room was clean, well maintained, and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and competent.

Hotel Am Markt was a perfect base for the spas, casino, and, for us, the Christmas Markets. The hosts were warm, knowledgeable, and accommodating, and made us feel like extended family. We couldn't fault the place and will definitely stay again if we return to Baden-Baden.

We felt at home as soon as we arrived at Hotel am Markt. The cozy atmosphere and charming decor gave the place a fairytale feel, and our room was beautifully decorated and impeccably clean. Tucked right in the heart of town, the hotel also offers a peaceful place to unwind. What made the visit especially personal was the staff. They treated us like family, with genuine warmth in every interaction. Whether chatting over breakfast or sharing a thoughtful suggestion for something to do locally, they made us feel cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend Hotel am Markt for a special, enchanting stay in Baden-Baden. We can’t wait to come back.

The room was clean and there was free Wi-Fi, and guests can park for free in front of the hotel. The owner and staff gave excellent service. We had access to a lounge at any time for coffee, tea, hot water, or water. They also gave us a key for our room and for locking and opening the main entrance when coming in.
