TRIBE Baden-Baden

The desk service was consistently good, and the rooms were lovely and clean, though a bit small. My main concern was housekeeping: across five rooms and a combined 15 nights, only one room was cleaned once, after we asked at the desk. They said it would take three or four hours because they were getting rooms ready for new guests, which wasn't ideal. The location is handy for access to the Caracalla (spa), but town and the Christmas market are a fair walk away, with an uphill return.

It's easy to explore Baden-Baden from this excellent location. The hotel has a stylish, modern feel and a warm welcome, with clean, comfortable rooms laid out thoughtfully and fitted with quality amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, professional and attentive, and glad to assist with recommendations or requests. The lobby and shared spaces are good for relaxing or getting some work done, and the atmosphere feels cosy and contemporary. I'd happily stay again and recommend TRIBE Baden-Baden to anyone looking for a comfortable, stylish hotel.

Breakfast was the one letdown: it felt a bit limited, and the juices were quite watery. Even so, I really liked the design and relaxed, stylish atmosphere, and would definitely return. Check-in was super friendly, and our room was spacious and comfortable. The hotel has few parking spaces, but David at reception immediately suggested convenient options nearby. The location is perfect, across from the thermal baths and within walking distance of the city centre.

The service was terrible. I was alone with large suitcases, but the blonde woman at reception refused to come with me to the room or help carry them. She rudely said, “we don’t have that kind of service.” What kind of four-star hotel advertises itself that way and offers no hospitality? She shouldn't be working in hospitality.
