Top CCL Ritter Hotel

The food was fantastic, and the waiting staff were very efficient, though a little stern at times. Our room was upgraded after a small problem with the original, which we really appreciated. The rooms and facilities were very clean. It’s a busy spa hotel, with a small swimming pool but plenty of other spa facilities, in a nice area for walks and parks.

The village center is beautiful, with an old castle and a thermal bath, and there are short walks nearby that work with kids. The hotel itself was lovely, with a thermal-water pool and a nice garden full of flowers. Our room fit four comfortably and had beautiful old-style decor. The food was delicious and top quality, and the staff were very friendly. We loved it.

The village is very quiet, just right for a peaceful getaway, and the staff were kind and welcoming. The hotel is nice, though parking availability needs real improvement. The messages were poor quality for the price, which was a real shame.

I felt so relaxed after the massages and facial treatments we booked as extras. I also loved the spa, with its jacuzzi and swimming pool, and dinner at the restaurant. The staff were very nice and helpful, and our superior rooms were quite nice too. I really recommend the hotel. A note for communication: very few staff speak French. I’m French and speak fluent English plus some German, so I was fine, but you need English or German. The dinner menus are only in German.
