We've already stayed at this hotel twice, and I think we'll be back next year. It's right in the city centre, with a parking garage and reasonable prices. Breakfast is tasty, the staff are friendly, and the rooms are big. You can book family rooms made up of two rooms with one entrance. There's also a restaurant serving Franconian food and a brewery in the hotel, or rather, the hotel is part of a historic brewery.

Being in the old town made it easy to wander around the medieval town. The hotel is right in the middle of it, with large, well-furnished rooms and a very good breakfast selection. The restaurant was good too, very busy, but with a great atmosphere.

The dinner special for two was delicious, and the staff were friendly and accommodating. But after reading other reviews, I realized we got only one sausage when others who ordered the same meal got two. It was disappointing to discover afterward, and we took off a star because we felt taken advantage of, since we couldn't read the menu very well. There is an English translation, but it didn't say how many sausages came with the dish, so we only noticed the missing one later.

We had lunch here and really enjoyed it. The service was friendly, and the beer was very good and cold. I especially liked the Sauerbraten with sautéed red cabbage. My wife had the pork shoulder, which was very nice. Thank you!

We only came for lunch, and the food was great. The service was at its best too. We shared a table with other guests, and starting a conversation gave us a nice chance to learn more about German food traditions. It made the meal even better. Thanks.
