Breakfast was great and included, and everyone here was so kind. The room and bathroom were super clean. It felt much more luxurious than a three-star place, though a lift would be handy with heavy bags.

I was shocked by how I was treated. I only wanted to enter the hotel, but the woman inside pointed me toward the exit without even asking what I was looking for.

Our room had everything we could want, and the staff gave us a very warm welcome from the moment we arrived. There was a real family feel among them, and they were both friendly and extremely professional. They all contributed to the exceptional service. I’d highly recommend visiting.

There’s no elevator, but it wasn’t an issue for us since we had a first-floor room and the reception staff insisted on carrying our cases upstairs. For our short stay at this comfortable, family-run hotel, they couldn’t have been more helpful and made us feel very welcome. Cleanliness and the Covid safety measures were faultless.

In all my experience in Germany, this is the only hotel where I’ve received a genuine smile and proper hospitality as a foreigner. I was surprised by this kind of service here. Highly recommend it, 100 percent. You won’t regret it.
