The service was warm and personal, with helpful suggestions for both the food and the rest of our stay in Germany. We had a lovely meal after an equally nice stay in the apartment. At a table for two with a fantastic view, we started with a local aperitif, a delicious Salzbergalm spritz with a fragrant touch from the garden. The dishes that followed were tasty and good quality, including a very tender fillet steak. We finished with homemade desserts, including a delicious tiramisu. We’ll definitely come back!

The waitress was sensational, attentive, professional, and friendly, and clearly knows her craft. The food was extremely good, carefully thought out, and full of flavor. Prices were much lower than in Munich, while the quality was leagues ahead. The setting is exceptionally beautiful, with breathtaking views over Berchtesgaden and the surrounding mountains. Inside, the design is attractive and bright, but still pleasantly cozy. If you’re in Berchtesgaden, you absolutely must eat here.

We held our civil wedding ceremony in a small group at the Salzbergalm, and it couldn’t have been better. Svenja and Benjamin put so much passion into running the alpine pasture. They decorated everything with care to match our wishes, the food was superb, and the atmosphere was one of a kind. The personal service, breathtaking view, and intimate setting made the day unforgettable. A real insider tip for a small celebration.

The little ones were treated like royalty, and the food was delicious at a fair price. We visited the Salzbergalm for the first time today and were thrilled by the stunning view and fantastic atmosphere. Service was top-notch, attentive, and friendly. A real hidden gem, highly recommend it!

The five-course Advent menu was delicious, with dishes that were incredibly well balanced and reasonably priced. We had a lovely evening in a pleasant, home-like atmosphere, and the service was very friendly. Thank you.
