The rooms are quite good and a little bigger than standard hotel rooms. The internet is nice, and the bus stop is close by. It's a bit pricey, though. With few restaurants and no supermarkets nearby, I'd say it's good for a business trip of a week or less, but not really for a vacation.

The apartment was much smaller than the listing description and photos suggested, which made the price seem awful in retrospect. The blinds inside were broken, and the shower gel dispenser was empty when we arrived. There was no air conditioning, though I think the website did say that. When we arrived, the guy thought we were there to pick up a package. Explaining in German and English didn't help: he spoke no English and, although he spoke German, didn't seem to understand what we needed. Apparently, he didn't know we were coming or what to do with us. It took the best part of 20 minutes to find the keys just to get into the building where our apartment was. Then he wanted to take our room key with him and asked if we were keeping it. Well, yes, how else would we get back in?

For around 60€ a night, it's definitely the best hotel in the Moabit area. The room was spacious, the windows were large, and the shower was really nice.

Clean, easy, and does the job. Pretty utilitarian.
