Hotel Mit-Mensch

My room was just right for one person, compact but spacious enough and with everything I needed. The staff were competent, helpful, and very accommodating and kind throughout my stay. The hotel was easy to find, set in a quiet residential area with plenty of public transport options nearby. I’d love to come back.

The room was clean and the beds were lovely. The staff were really friendly and spoke perfect English.

We didn’t have high expectations, since we booked a twin room at the last minute, but 180€/2pers./2nights turned out to be a good deal. The hotel is farther from the center, but the connections are easy. Everything was simple, tidy, and functional, and we were satisfied with what we got. We’d definitely book it again when we return to Berlin. The rooms were clean and smelled fresh, and we could turn up the radiator to get the room warm. The beds were very comfortable. Because we checked in late, we didn’t see anyone at reception until checkout, but email communication was quick and smooth. Nothing was especially remarkable, but everything promised was provided, which is why we gave it five stars, not because it’s a five-star hotel. A small downside was that we couldn’t find a way to boil water for tea or coffee. A kettle in the room or somewhere nearby would be nice. We didn’t ask about it, though, since reception wasn’t available, and maybe they offer one on request.
