A good value, with clean, comfortable, quiet rooms and very friendly staff. It’s on the top floor of an old industrial building, so remember to ring the bell and ask for the lift when you arrive, or you’ll have a long climb up the stairs. The hotel sits between Mitte and Kreuzberg, within walking distance of Oostbanhof and U-Bahn stations. Oranienstrasse is nearby, with restaurants, amazing Turkish food, cafes, art and the Museum of Things (Museum der Dinge). Tresor, KitKat Club and Kater Holzig are on the same block, and Kater Holzig has its 'beach' by the river. RadialSystem V, a music and art venue, is close too.
