The staff were friendly and pointed us to the closest, cheapest car park, at 5.5 euro/day. The apartment was nice and clean, and WIFI was free. It is close to the railway station, perhaps a little too close. On a hot day, with the windows open for sleeping, you can hear street and train noise.

Nice place, but it was still under construction. The wifi often didn't work, and the water sometimes went off.
