We booked a room with a balcony and were given one without, so it didn’t match what we reserved. At checkout they charged us €40 for dirty dishes, even though cleaning was meant to be included in the final price. The staff were unfriendly and unprofessional, and acted very incompetently. They even made threats, which is completely unacceptable. A very negative stay. I wouldn’t recommend these apartments, and future guests should be careful: you may not get the room you booked and could be treated poorly.

The room was cleaned every three days, and extra towels cost more. The accommodation was good, with a great location for all kinds of transfers. A taxi transfer to TXL cost 20 euros.

Fully equipped apartments and close to the U-bahn, so you can get around everywhere. Best apartments in Berlin, I’d recommend them to anyone.

The staff were extremely rude and wouldn’t admit they were wrong. Worst stay ever. Avoid this place at all costs.
