We stayed Dec 31 to Jan 3, 2026. The place was clean and felt safe, within a reasonable walk of restaurants and tourist sights. Breakfast was great, and the service was friendly. It was very quiet from city noise, though we did hear some doors slamming and late-night guests. That’s probably unavoidable. The entrance is from the alley off Friedrichstraße.

The staff and service were okay, and the rooms were clean. The hotel is right in the city center. My room on the fourth floor had very weak internet, though. I need a fast connection for work, so a router should be installed.

This review is about the restaurant and congress center. The seminar rooms had good working conditions. The coffee and food were good, service was quick, and the restaurant staff were helpful.

The buffet breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and the staff were attentive to what people needed. The area and location are great, and it’s quiet at night. We stayed three nights with breakfast. The room was spacious, with a king-size bed and a very comfortable mattress. Having a kettle, fridge, tower fan, and balcony was much appreciated. I’d definitely recommend it.
