We were really impressed by how comfortable and well kept the clean rooms were, and the staff were warm, friendly, and ready to help. The hotel is only a two to three minute walk from Charlottenburg Station, which made getting around Berlin easy. We came from Portugal and had a great stay here. The atmosphere was calm and pleasant, and the whole visit was better than we expected. We can’t understand why it’s rated at just three stars, it deserves five. A fantastic place in Berlin, highly recommend it!
10/10
The room size is just right for one or two people, so I don’t get the bad reviews. This is real art! The room was tidy and creative, and the service was excellent. The receptionist was super nice. It’s a quiet, secure spot with a great outdoor area, and there are lots of places to visit nearby. Berlin Zob and a metro station are close too. Everything was perfect!

I really enjoyed staying here. It’s a clean, cozy hotel in a great location, with good service.
2/10
The location was quite good, close to the U-bahn and some nice restaurants. But there’s no air-conditioning, which is a problem when Berlin gets hot in summer, and they clearly hadn’t cleaned under the beds in a long time. On our third day, we came back in the evening to find our room door wide open, probably left that way by housekeeping. The manager didn’t understand at first why that was an issue. The next day he offered €50 compensation, but only if we wrote a positive review.
6/10
With the metro nearby and useful shops around, including McDonald's not far away, the location was great. In November the room was cold, and water easily spilled out of the shower stall. Otherwise, things were fine.
