Best Western Premier Hotel Moa

The breakfast was a real highlight, with a great spread and food that was excellent each morning. I also enjoyed the restaurant, where the meals were delicious and the staff stayed attentive. My room was spotless and comfortable, and the whole hotel seemed well looked after. From booking onward, everything went smoothly. The reception team were warm, friendly, and very helpful. Parking in the garage was the one small drawback, as it felt a bit expensive. I’d gladly recommend Hotel MOA Berlin and would love to stay again.

Berlin was easy to explore from here, with public transport close by. The room was comfortable, the hotel was spotless, and both the food and restaurant service were very good. Booking was straightforward, and the reception staff were friendly and helpful. One of the two elevators wasn’t working during my stay. That was inconvenient from the fourth floor, but everything else made for a lovely stay. I’d recommend it.

I’d have liked a few more English-language choices on the room TV. The news and international channels were in English, but most other films and programs were in German. I’ll bring my tablet next time, though more English options would be a nice touch. The room itself was clean, spacious, and comfortable for winding down after a day out. I also appreciated having a fridge, kettle with tea and coffee, and an iron and ironing board. The staff were welcoming throughout our stay at Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin, and I’d happily return.

Having a market and shops inside the hotel made it easy to get what I needed. The room was spacious and relaxing, and the shower pressure was surprisingly strong, even better than at home. I also liked that the modern TV paired with my phone. Breakfast in the hotel restaurant was a highlight. There was a varied, delicious selection each morning, and Paul, our friendly and attentive server, made it feel special. The staff were welcoming from the moment I arrived and made sure I was taken care of. I’d stay at Mercure Hotel MOA Berlin again and recommend it for comfort and convenience.
