Pietro was the one bright spot in a stay that ended with us canceling and moving to another nearby hotel. The receptionist was juggling the desk, bar, bookings, and visitors nonstop while we waited to see other rooms and finish the cancellation. He stayed professional, calm, friendly, and patient through it all. He's the best receptionist we've come across in quite a while. I hope management knows what a gem they have, and if I were hiring for my own company, I'd have offered him a job right away. The property looks modern and is tastefully decorated, with an ideal location, but the room was visibly tired and the carpet smelled unpleasant. That was unacceptable. They showed us another room, but it was much the same, so we had no choice but to leave.

For a decent price, this is a nice hotel in a convenient spot, with friendly people. My room had its own balcony, which was a big plus, though there were no chairs or table to sit outside with. The beds looked worn and need new covers. The mattresses seemed cheap but were comfortable enough, though they were so lightweight they kept slipping off. It would have been nice to have coffee in the room, but there wasn't any.

The staff were super friendly and helpful. The room was comfy, with a lovely bathroom and even a little fridge. The sauna and roof terrace were great too. Definitely recommend it.

We stayed for four days and had a lovely time. The room was clean and quiet, had a nice view, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. The location was great too, with tram connections into the city center, so it was easy to get everywhere we wanted to see. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Berlin.

New Berlin used to be our first choice whenever we came to Berlin, but that changed after our latest stay. The reception was a disaster and the staff weren't really friendly. One room was overheated and couldn't be cooled down, while the other two were too cold. New Berlin is no longer our first pick.
