We stayed one awful night and then canceled the booking. There were no smoke alarms, and the apartment had broken glass furniture. The TV, microwave and toaster didn’t work. The floor and table were filthy, the sink was completely blocked, there was scum in the bath, and mould was growing on the sofa we had to sleep on. The owners did nothing to refund or compensate us, so we got a chargeback through the bank and compensation from travel insurance. Truly awful. This company should be shut down.

The place was filthy and we didn’t have a clean bed. The bath couldn’t be used, and the TV didn’t work either. When we complained, they did nothing. It wasn’t worth the money, and we’ll never come back.

The apartment was nice, but very dirty. The sheets were black and had holes, there were spiders in the lights and ants in the bathtub. Three days of wondering how we could sleep on those sheets was unacceptable.

I stayed in an enormous apartment that could fit eight people, with four rooms, two bathrooms and one kitchen. You have to do the cleaning yourself, though, there’s no cleaning staff.
