Hotel Pension Bella was peaceful, with very welcoming, kind staff. The room wasn’t huge, but it suited us as a couple and was spotless, with a nice smell. The bathroom and shower were very clean, and we always had hot water. The walls are a little thin, so sometimes you can hear people in the hallway, though it didn’t bother us much. The location was excellent, about a ten-minute walk from the main shopping street. There’s also a handy bus stop nearby that goes straight to the shops and then toward Primark and the Zoo area. It’s a clean, well-kept budget choice and good value for money. I’d recommend it for a short trip.

The staff were amazing, and the location was great. The rooms have a cozy old European feel. I’ll absolutely stay there again.

For an economical stay, this worked really well for us. Transit was convenient, breakfast had a good variety and was quite good, and the owner was helpful. The location suits tourists, and the price is very competitive for central Berlin. If you want a four- or five-star experience, pay for one.

A lovely little hotel, or really more of a guesthouse, right in central Berlin. The location is great, and the prices felt fair for the service and setting. I’d happily stay there again.
