After our flight was cancelled at 6 AM, the hotel's location close to Berlin Brandenburg Airport was ideal for our early morning arrival. The reception staff were extremely polite and welcoming. The room was small but clean, with a comfortable bed. It's a nice hotel, conveniently near the train station, with direct airport connections.

The clean, cosy rooms have modern bathrooms, and the bar is a comfy place to get some work done. Parking was super easy, and the location is clutch. The breakfast buffet hits different, especially the fresh waffle maker, such an elite touch. A legit power move for a stress-free stay at Ibis Berlin Airport. Smooth, efficient, zero drama. I'd absolutely book again.

The breakfast was great, with a large selection of fresh, delicious food. The lobby bar staff were really friendly, and they could make tea or coffee, but they got overwhelmed when it was busy, especially if someone ordered a snack. My snack took ages. The modern building is stylish and very clean, with lots of outlets. The bathroom was clean too, and the bed was very comfortable. I liked the suitcase spot that turns into a seat, plus the shelves and hangers. It would've been a 10 star stay if there'd been an electric kettle in the room.

I spent two nights here on a business trip to Berlin. It's a new, well-equipped and very quiet hotel, and being right opposite the railway station is very convenient.

I tried calling IBIS Berlin Airport, Schwalbenweg 47, using the number listed on the IBIS website, but got no answer for over an hour. Why? I messaged the ALL Accor FB page asking for contact details and got a polite automatic reply saying customer care would get back to me soon. It's already been 14 days and NOTHING!!!!
