The location was excellent, very close to tramp. My room was basic, but clean and really comfortable, and the WiFi was free. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't comment on it. The lady at reception was friendly and very helpful, and I really enjoyed my stay.

The quiet area felt safe, and the bed was comfortable, but the stay was still one of our worst value-for-money experiences. Berlin is expensive, but this felt overpriced even for a hotel far from the center. The room was dusty and not very clean. We even found used chewing gum stuck to the shower's soap bottle, probably left by previous guests. The air conditioner only made loud noises and didn't heat the room. The toilet area was so cramped it was hard to use comfortably, even though we're both fit. There was no hairdryer in the room. You had to ask for one during the day and leave a €20 deposit, and we only saw that notice in the elevator. It should have been mentioned at check-in. After 10 PM, reception closes and you can only reach someone by phone.

The room had no heating or hairdryer, and the bathroom was split into three parts. Even one star feels like too much.

In 50 years, I've never stayed somewhere this bad, though even calling it the worst doesn't feel strong enough. Don't stay here. The room was taken over by insects, and it would have been cleaner on the street. There was fungus in the room and moss had grown in the bathroom fountain. The air conditioning was there but didn't work. When I asked, the receptionists said they didn't have air conditioning and that it didn't work. The room had an incredible amount of dust. I was disgusted and can't recommend this place to anyone.
