LOGINN Hotel Berlin Airport

Breakfast had plenty of options, and getting to the airport was easy, just two stops away. The room, though, felt a bit cramped and wasn't quite clean enough, which let me down. I stayed one night. The woman I spoke with on the phone beforehand wasn't very friendly, but the receptionist who greeted me was kind and professional.

The hotel is right by the airport, with the train station literally in front, so getting around was incredibly easy. It also costs a lot less than other nearby hotels. I loved the modern, cozy feel and all the art throughout the building 💛. Breakfast had plenty of choices, and the staff were really friendly and helpful. Having reception open around the clock made things simple. Such a great stay, definitely a 10/10 recommendation!

We paid 253€ for three nights, without breakfast. The room was enough for me since I just needed somewhere to sleep, and I had a pretty good time. It could have had more facilities, though. There were no toothbrushes or slippers.

At 2 am, in -10°C weather, I was sent to another hotel because the receptionist said there were no rooms, even though I'd booked and paid online. They told me to ask Booking for a refund. When I did, Booking said rooms had in fact been available and refused to return my money. It took a dispute and two weeks to get the refund. I also had to find another hotel that night and pay again.
