I was visiting friends, and their apartment block was only a few minutes away on foot, so the location suited me really well. It’s also a short walk to the Neukölln and Hermannstraße U Bahn stations, with easy access to central Berlin. The hotel and room were clean, modern, and practical, exactly what I want from accommodation and good value for money. The staff were friendly, answered my questions, and sorted out any issues. I’d recommend it and stay again.

The mattresses are reasonably comfortable, but the pillows are very thin. There’s no air conditioning, and opening a window for fresh air can let in insects, including mosquitoes. The location is handy, between two train stops. For a budget hotel it’s not a bad place, though I’d say it’s three stars at best.

Breakfast was tasty and had a good variety, and the rooms were clean, well kept, and thoughtfully arranged. The staff were welcoming and happy to help. It’s also well connected to the rest of the city and close to Berlin’s main attractions. I had an excellent stay and would gladly return.

The staff’s conversational English made everything much easier, and everyone was friendly and polite. My room was very clean and well kept, and the food was tasty and satisfying. Motel Plus Berlin Neukölln was a great choice for my stay. I felt welcome and well looked after, and it left a very positive impression. I’ll choose it again when I’m back in Berlin.

There’s no kettle or fridge in the room, but you can get tea at the bar whenever you like. Friendly staff and good value for money. A good hotel.
