The room was clean, with a nice layout and a very good bathroom, though I had to breathe in to fit into the shower. The bed was so uncomfortable it gave me a backache and I barely slept, so I pulled out the chair bed and slept on that. Breakfast was pretty standard. The bar and restaurant area never opened outside breakfast hours. It’s okay for a night, but I wouldn’t stay here again for longer. The location is excellent, a 10-minute walk from the U-bahn and 15 minutes from the Zoo and lots of eateries, bars, and pubs. But this is the warmest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. It was 29 - 16 degrees outside during my visit, and there was no aircon in the lobby. The room aircon didn’t blow cold air, and the window barely opened. Even after the weather cooled, the hotel stayed just as warm, which made things really uncomfortable.

We booked at the last minute and everything worked out great. The lobby was super cute, and our room was clean, modern, and comfortable. I wish we could’ve stayed longer. It’s just a few blocks from KaDeWe - Kaufhaus, a huge high-end store worth checking out, and the hop on/hop off tour bus.

The woman at reception was friendly and helpful. The location is convenient, and the room rate was cheap, but not cheap enough to make up for the condition of our room. It was dirty and in disrepair, especially the bathroom. There was hair on the towels, and we only got one set. The shower was shockingly filthy.

The room was clean and more spacious than I expected, and the quality made it good value. The location isn’t very central, but there’s a bus station nearby.

The young team working here were super friendly, and I’d be happy to stay again soon. The hotel is well placed for public transport, close to Zoo station for trains to and from Berlin airport, and near good shopping and department stores. There’s also a nice bar area for happy hour or a late drink. I spent five nights here. The room was very nice, with an excellent shower, a kettle, and tea and coffee. Thanks, guys!
