The room was clean and the services were okay, and the staff were nice. But the power outlets didn't work, so we could only charge our devices in public areas. At checkout, one male staff member was a bit rude, which dropped my rating from 3 to 2 stars.

We stayed for several weeks and spent two full weeks unable to get anyone to clean the room, take the trash or restock toilet paper. We were the only ones at the front desk asking for paper and help cleaning, and four different people said they'd handle it. Housekeeping came in to change sheets for the next guest, walked past overflowing trash and left four full bags in the room. We also saw clean linens put on the dirty floor as they made the beds. We even tried tipping housekeeping, but that didn't get them to come clean. Mold in the shower room is another concern, especially if you're sensitive to it. We'd requested an all-female dorm, but were told we'd booked a mixed one and nothing else was available. One drunk man fell from his top bunk onto one of us and injured her knee. That same man later crawled into bed with another female guest who'd been moved to a different room; we'd again been told there was no room available. Another drunk man woke one of us at midnight, while we were both in lower bunks, to ask if she was sleeping on the top bunk. We hung a small blanket as a makeshift privacy curtain, but an older man ripped it open because he wanted to see who was behind it. We considered moving but didn't want the hassle of seeking a refund and finding another place over the holidays. Most staff were at least courteous, but our requests for another room, cleaning and regular toilet paper were ignored. The stay was less than desirable.

The rooms were clean and the people were very nice. It was lovely meeting you!

A stranger climbed in through the window and was sleeping in my friend's bed when we found him. The staff were no help at all. We tried to talk to them, but they didn't take us seriously or do anything to make it right. They didn't even change the sheets, and despite asking many times for another bed for my friend, we ended up having to share one. You won't feel safe if something happens here. The men at reception didn't take us seriously. I can't recommend this place. Spend a bit more and stay somewhere else.
