Everything was clean and well cared for, and our room was very spacious. We loved our stay, especially the breakfast, with so many things to choose from. The staff were attentive and friendly too.

United Airlines put me up here after a long day at the airport and a cancelled flight. I could've used a drink, and Miriam behind the bar was fun to talk with and made sure I got one. Wish I’d had more time here. I’d definitely come back.

The room itself was just average, and the whole stay cost me €800 for three nights. I’d accidentally booked a date that had already passed, but the hotel never sent a reminder or any notice about the missed reservation. On 30 December I had to book the same room again, this time for nearly twice the price. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful, with no understanding of the situation. Parking was another surprise at €20 a day, which hadn’t been mentioned beforehand. Extremely disappointing.

Getting to the airport and train station was easy thanks to the good transport links. One elevator wasn't working, though, and finding the stairs wasn't easy. A reasonable hotel and generally a pleasant place.

The breakfast was a real highlight, with a huge range to choose from, and the staff were friendly and efficient. I stayed for three nights in December 2025 and found it easy to get to the tram stops. A very good hotel.
