I really enjoyed staying here. The terrace off my room was a lovely surprise, and the upscale neighborhood was interesting to wander around and take in Berlin. The location was excellent, with the city's main sights easy to reach, and breakfast was good. I'd definitely come again.

I had to cancel my trip for serious medical reasons and sent official proof, including a medical certificate saying I couldn't travel and my disability card. Even so, management wouldn't allow a free cancellation or offer any other solution. That lack of compassion for health issues and disability was deeply disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you expect understanding customer service.

We'd happily recommend this hotel and are already looking forward to coming back. The location is ideal, breakfast was outstanding, and the rooms were both beautiful and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

We came in early December 2025 for the Christmas markets, and the hotel suited us perfectly. It was comfortable and so convenient. The Reception team were a credit to the company, especially the gentleman who'd spent many years in London and the lady from Colombia.

Even though I put up the do not disturb sign, housekeeping still cleaned my room. NH also limits the water bottles and tissues. Not good service for someone on a long stay 🤪
