The mattresses were really comfortable, and both the bedroom and bathroom were very clean. The staff were charming, and the U-bahn connections are excellent! The wifi didn’t work, so I used 4G instead, and there wasn’t enough cutlery in the kitchen. I’ll definitely come back :)

The location worked well for our event. Some of the heating and plug points weren’t working, but they gave us an electric heater.

The two double rooms were run-down and nowhere near worth what we paid. They felt like basic workers’ rooms in the lowest price range. We were booking for two older couples, and they were charged twice the price advertised online. Payment was demanded before they’d even seen the rooms. The rooms were on the top floor, up a long, winding staircase, with no lift. There was nobody around to complain to. I’m ashamed I recommended this place and won’t recommend this rip-off operator again.

One of the strangest experiences of my life. During an argument, staff physically attacked me and accused me of causing damage. As far as I know, that counts as assault. The staff were incredibly rude. Avoid at all costs.

Whenever I’m in Berlin for work, I book the Berlin Suite again. The cleanliness and service are hard to beat. The team is friendly, quick, and focused on helping, and there are great transport links and parking in the courtyard. Highly recommended.
