TITANIC Comfort Berlin Mitte

The breakfast was a treat, with fresh food, delicious croissants, and good orange juice, coffee, and tea. I also found the room very clean and warm, especially welcome in winter, and the bed was really comfortable. What makes me feel at home here, though, is the kind, understanding staff. They’re always ready to help with information or anything else you need. The location is great too, close to the center and an easy base for visiting the main sights. I’ll keep choosing Titanic Comfort Mitte whenever I stay in Berlin. Thank you for the outstanding service.

The U2 station is only a two minute walk away, and there’s a small convenience store across the street. The area felt quiet and safe, which made getting around easy. We spent four nights here for a birthday trip and had a comfortable, really lovely stay. Our room looked modern and was fantastic, with a mini fridge, kettle, and a very nice bathroom. The beds were two singles pushed together, though, and we each had just one pillow. There wasn’t any tea, coffee, or sugar provided either. We didn’t try breakfast, but it looked busy each morning. Check-in was smooth and professional. The staff were attentive and friendly, including at the bar, where they made sure we were happy with our drinks. I’d recommend it to anyone after an easy, comfortable place to stay while exploring Berlin.

We didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed. We’d read comments about the rooms being small and were a bit concerned, but for our two-night stay it wasn’t an issue. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the central location made it easy to get to the main sights and to Mitte, Friedrichshain, and Kreuzberg.

The breakfast was pretty good, with a great choice of bread. I did take issue with the milk left on every breakfast table: it seemed wasteful to throw it away after service when it hadn’t been used. Guests could ask for it instead. Our assigned room was a clean, tidy, no-frills business room, and the hotel is in a great spot for the city center.
