For a perfect holiday, book at Steinbachhof! It’s a beautiful home, lovingly furnished and very well equipped, with breathtaking views and a great location. A lovely place to unwind, or to set off on hikes and bike rides. Barbara and Oliver are incredibly kind and accommodating hosts.

It’s wonderfully quiet here, with plenty of hiking and cycling routes and Herrenchiemsee nearby, which is well worth visiting. The accommodation is high up on a mountain, spacious and very clean, with large areas at both the front and back. It’s fully equipped and easy to reach by car or taxi. Prien am Chiemsee has a train station, about 15 minutes away by car or 40 minutes on foot, and the town center has plenty of shops. There aren’t any shops or restaurants near the accommodation. Our host welcomed us extremely warmly. The Wi-Fi was a bit spotty, but that didn’t spoil our lovely stay in this beautiful location.
