The flat itself was okay and functional, but cleaning seemed superficial and parts were very worn. It was also impossible to darken the rooms. Noise was a problem: the house has poor soundproofing, and other residents were extremely loud and active at night during my stay. The stairwell, entrance, and garbage shed were dirty and neglected. Even at the end of January, New Year's Eve firework debris was still scattered around and in front of the property. There was no Wi-Fi at all, just an unstable hotspot that was unavailable 99% of the time.

There's no trash can. That's completely unacceptable!
