Centro Hotel Boblingen, Trademark Collection by Wyndham

The room itself was okay, but the bathroom needs attention. The shower setup was awkward, with half glass and half curtain, and during my few days there I was given just one towel. One receptionist was very rude. I also had a work emergency and had to cut my stay short by half. When I told reception, I was directed to handle it online. I've tried contacting the hotel for 4-5 days about a refund, and also contacted Booking, but neither has replied. I don't understand how a place like this stays in business. I wouldn't recommend it.

For a business trip to Böblingen, the hotel is good value, with friendly staff, a generally quiet atmosphere, and a good breakfast buffet. Being in the middle of a commercial area makes it less convenient for tourists.

The rooms are really spacious and the prices are very good. The Wi-Fi could use improvement.

The room was huge and the price low, so the drawbacks were okay for me. But there was no Wi-Fi when I was there on Nov 28, 2024, the curtains opened automatically at 7am 😆, and the station was an 18-minute walk away. One person also had trouble checking in because no receptionist was there at night. If you're arriving from abroad without a German phone, get there early, for example before 6pm, in case reception is unattended later. If you'll arrive late, it's better to find another place.
