Ferienhotel Silberdistel garni

Breakfast was a real highlight, with everything we needed, and the hosts were so kind. My son and I stayed four nights and felt comfortable right away. The room was lovely and spotless. We were absolutely thrilled and would happily recommend this place.

We had a lovely room with a double bed, balcony, and a small bathroom that worked perfectly well. Everything was clean and looked after, and there was plenty of parking. For our five-night family hiking trip, we found the staff especially friendly and helpful, always around with advice and information. The building looks more like a house or guesthouse from outside, but inside there’s a small reception and the service and facilities of a hotel. Breakfast was fantastic, with a great selection and quality, and they brought coffee and juice to our table when we asked. We also liked being able to skip room cleaning for a discount, a nice idea that’s better for the environment and saves the staff some work. Wonderful stay, excellent value, and we highly recommend it.

We came for skiing, and the location worked out perfectly: both nearby ski areas were only a few minutes away by car, with a ski rental shop right across the street. The owners were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and even had a partial mountain view. Breakfast is well worth having, with lots of freshly prepared choices, all delicious. We’d happily return, including in summer.

We had a lovely holiday and felt completely at home in the fantastic rooms. Everything was spotless and thoughtfully furnished, with a kettle, coffee and tea, and a minibar in the room. The hosts were so friendly, and breakfast was superb. Thank you! 😊😁
