B&B Hotel Bonn-City

The breakfast selection was surprisingly good, and I think the place works fine for a two or three day trip. Still, finding the bathroom dirty when I arrived was unpleasant. Reception sorted it out the next day after I reported it. I didn’t feel completely safe walking around the neighbourhood at night, though maybe that’s just me.

For what it costs, the room was fair, and the staff were helpful and nice. The hotel is close to Bonn’s centre and the tram. I just wish there were more convenience stores nearby.

A good deal for the price, with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a solid breakfast that included good glutenfree options. It’s about a 15-minute walk from the city centre, but the surrounding area is nice and has good restaurants.

The toilet in my room had a technical issue, but when I asked staff to fix it, they didn’t help. I then requested another room and the receptionist told me I should put other guests’ check-ins ahead of my problem. That was their idea of hospitality for Canadian tourists. They also seemed indifferent to my concerns because I don’t speak German. The worst experience I’ve had. I genuinely feel sorry for them.
