There was hair on the pillow, which made me feel sick. The room itself was really bad: the fridge was loud, and the door squeaked every 15 seconds all night. The shower drain was blocked, so water backed up into the apartment and we had to clean it up. There was no hot water in the bathroom.

Getting to the room was easy, and it was clean and tidy. The service was great too.

I liked how the room looked, simple but put together nicely. It was comfortable and fairly clean, with good appliances in a modern, pleasant space.

The room was very clean, though quite small, and had a few basic kitchen items. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the online agent was always available for questions or requests. Breakfast didn’t seem worth ordering; you could shop at the supermarket for a fraction of the price. The 16:00 check-in and 10:00 check-out weren’t convenient for me, especially since there’s no luggage storage.

The room was spotless, and finding the place and getting in were both very easy. Everything was good.
