Domicil Hotel Bonn

The rooms are beautiful, and the hotel's layout and decor are really unique. The location is great and the staff are friendly, but we ran into some frustrating gaps in cleaning and basic supplies. There was mold along the bottom of our shower curtain, and the bathroom smelled because of it. When I asked the front desk to replace it, they said they had no replacement. They offered to move us the next day, but we were leaving early, before staff would be at the desk. On the second night, we asked for a wine opener and were told they didn't have one. I could have gone to a nearby shop, but it felt like they weren't stocking basic things a typical hotel should have. It's a fine hotel, though they should take a closer look at their cleaning and basic supply processes.

Anas, the manager, was very hospitable and one of the best. The location is perfect, right in the middle of Bonn with lots of places around. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a pleasant two-night stay. The room was clean overall, the bed was comfortable, and we had a nice little balcony. It did get noisy at times during the night, but that didn't bother me personally. You expect some noise in such a central spot, though it probably isn't ideal if you're sensitive to it. The staff were helpful and friendly, and breakfast had a good selection. It's very central, close to the main squares, train station and tram stops. I'd recommend it and stay again.

The staff are good, and the hotel is in the city centre, very close to Bonn train station.
