The hosts were so friendly and attentive, and we felt very comfortable in this peaceful spot where everything was still easy to reach. We came for the St. Nicholas Day weekend and booked here because we had tickets for the wonderful Christmas market in the Ravenna Gorge 🎄. Thanks so much for the great books 😉 and the delicious breakfast 🍞🥐🥓🧀☕. We'd definitely come back.

This rustic, family-run hotel in the Black Forest is a great base for mountain bike tours. Its high-altitude setting gives you magnificent panoramic views. Breakfast was very good and plentiful. The rooms are clean and well maintained, though a bit dated.

Breakfast was delicious, and the owners were very friendly. The rooms are a little dated but spotlessly clean, and the balcony has an amazing view. It's a great, quiet base for excursions. We'd love to come back.
