Pension Pauly

Breakfast was simply amazing, and you can choose where to eat it. We had ours on the terrace at the back, which was really worth it. The riverside is just a five-minute walk away, and there's a supermarket 100m from the Pension. The three-story building has a terrace behind it. Our room looked recently renovated, with everything appearing brand new. It was clean and very comfortable, with several kinds of pillows to choose from and a high-quality mattress. There was also a small private balcony with a little table and two chairs, enough space for a glass of wine or a cigarette. Smoking isn't allowed inside the room.

I was here for one work night. The host was extremely friendly and helpful, and the place was nicely decorated and cozy. A perfect place, and a perfect host. I'd definitely come back.

The daily suggestions for events and restaurants helped make our stay in the heart of Boppard wonderful, though far too short. The train station is only five minutes away. We could also park safely in a free lot, and the included guest card let us travel free to St. Goar, Reinfels Castle, and the Deutsches Eck (German Corner) in Koblenz. We've already booked our next vacation at Pension Pauly! Mrs. Erbar gave us such a warm welcome. Our tastefully furnished balcony room had its own bathroom, Wi-Fi, and an incredibly comfortable box-spring bed with a great reading lamp. The generous tiered breakfast was a treat, with scrambled eggs and bacon, fresh pineapple, homemade strawberry milkshake, and unlimited coffee. The family's honey was amazing, so we even took a jar home. Our expectations were exceeded.

Our Mona could roam freely around the boarding facility and had plenty of room to stretch out in her dog bed after long hikes. We'd stayed at special dog hotels several times and were a bit spoiled, but your place can hold its own very well. We found it while searching online for “vacation with dogs.” I highly recommend it.
