Thanks for making an exception to the parking rule, that was great service. The rooms are a little dated, but good for the price, and the service was great. Brandenburg was an emergency stop for me because of car trouble. Personally, I found there was little to do without a car.

The breakfast was delicious, the bathroom was good, and the beds were comfortable. The rooms were fresh and tidy, with no mess or rubbish, and the staff were helpful and friendly. We booked rooms 711 and 715 because we thought we'd have a family room. Each room had two beds, so it would have been nice if a family room had been available. I'd recommend the place.

I'm from Cuba originally and live in the USA, and this hotel reminded me of some of the cheaper motels in Cuba. There was no AC or proper fridge, and the fan in the room was broken. There was no soap or other amenities. I booked for two people, but they only gave us one key and said they couldn't provide another. Some of my colleagues also had a bad experience with the buffet staff.

I was sent here by another hotel. They quoted 73 Euro on the phone, but when I arrived the price had gone up to 93, even though 73 was still advertised. It felt like bait and switch. I took the "4 Star" room, but internet wasn't included, and there was no air conditioning. The building is a polished old communist "Block"; I found the architecture and surroundings bleak. I'd avoid it at all costs.

The reception staff were very nice, and the service was good. I also really liked the restaurant food, it was tasty.
