We lived in the apartment for six months and didn’t cause any problems. At checkout, they kept part of our deposit, although we showed photos proving some damage was already there when we moved in. The apartment is centrally located, but the furniture is old and outdated, and the carpet is dirty and sun-faded. There’s carpet in the kitchen too, which we didn’t find hygienic, and there isn’t enough storage. We had to buy an iron and ironing board because the ones provided were in very poor condition. The contract charges a €100 cleaning fee.

For a year and a half, I rented apartments from DIRAZI and appreciated how professionally and thoughtfully they handled things. When there was a small problem with a radiator, they fixed it promptly and professionally. If I need an apartment in Frankfurt again, I’ll certainly contact DIRAZI. Thanks for all your help and flexibility! Best, Robert

Everything is within walking distance from this cosy, quiet guest house in the heart of Frankfurt. It works well for a longer business or leisure stay. I’ll book again next time.

A pleasant place with a good breakfast. The closet could be wider.

Breakfast is served individually in your room, and the location is central but quiet. This is a charming, tastefully decorated guesthouse, privately run and very personal. A real gem among Frankfurt hotels.
