Hotel Beethoven

The team did so much to help us. My father was having trouble getting around, and we had booked the top-floor suite, which required a short flight of stairs after the lift. They had already prepared another lovely, wheelchair-accessible suite in case the stairs were too difficult for him. That kind of care was unbelievable. We’d driven a long, stressful way from the UK to Germany for chemo treatment, and had additional needs. After one night, we felt relaxed and comfortable enough to drive back. We’ll definitely stay again. The Beethoven suite was beautiful, with a huge private terrace and fantastic city views. The room and the rest of the hotel were immaculate, and the decor felt high quality, with a clean, comfortable atmosphere. The beds were super comfortable, breakfast was lovely, and the neighborhood was peaceful. It’s only a short walk to the city center. From the moment we pulled into the car park, staff were ready to help with anything. We felt right at home and couldn’t fault the stay. You can see how much pride they take in running this hotel and exceeding expectations.
