My room was tiny and not worth the price, and the online photos don’t match what you actually get. The place was dirty, nothing seemed maintained, and everything felt broken. While I was using it, the kettle burned, and I could have been seriously hurt. The receptionist was rude and aggressive, and tried to scare me instead of talking normally. His behavior made me feel unsafe. The area near Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof also felt unsafe at night, with lots of strange people around and a bad atmosphere. SkyReach ScamStay.

SCAM, SCAM, SCAM. I booked through Expedia, then the hotel asked me for extra money, double the price. When I requested a refund, they wouldn’t process it, calling the extra charges hidden fees. It seems you have to pay whatever additional amount they come up with or lose your money. Scam.

The room was so small, and taking a shower left water all over it. What I saw online was completely different from what I found when I arrived, which is why I didn’t like it.

The service was disappointing. Check-in took a long time, and checkout was a disaster. I’m still waiting for my invoice.
