It’s an inexpensive place with clean rooms and what you need. The old-fashioned style fits the area, and there’s really nothing wrong with the place. We enjoyed our stay and think we’ll come back. The view of Wurmberg is nice, as the name suggests, and it’s about five minutes on foot to a supermarket and ten to the city centre. The free Wi-Fi can get slow when lots of people are online at once, so bringing books or board games might be a good idea.

We came back to the Harz Mountains for the Easter holidays this year and booked the same place again because we liked it so much last time. We even chose the same apartment, number 10. Everything went smoothly, from booking through to departure. There’s plenty of room for our group of six, and the apartment is nicely furnished. Shops such as Edeka and Aldi aren’t far away. We travel with a dog, so the nearby circular trail around Braunlage makes this accommodation especially suitable for us.

It was a very pleasant stay, and the staff were friendly. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The place is central, but set away from the main road, so it stays quiet. We could bring our two dogs, which is a real plus since that isn’t allowed everywhere. I’ll definitely book again.

We’ve returned several times and would happily stay again. The apartment is lovely and has everything you need. There’s also a shared sauna and a common room with a ping-pong table in the basement.

We were welcomed warmly and felt comfortable throughout. Everything was well cared for and really well equipped, including a dishwasher in the apartment and a washer and dryer downstairs. We enjoyed the sauna and ping-pong table too. The children’s slide area could perhaps be improved, but we’ll definitely be back. Thanks for everything.
