The setting was nice, and the staff were pleasant and helpful. Comfortable room and a good breakfast.

The breakfast staff were always friendly, and parking was perfectly fine. The breakfast room, though, was very cold in the mornings. Getting to our room was difficult: up two flights of stairs, then down a very narrow staircase, which wouldn’t suit elderly guests or people with mobility issues. When we arrived, they directed us to the room over the phone, which shouldn’t have happened. The room itself was very old and badly needed new furniture. In the bathroom, all the drill holes and wall plugs were visible, and the laminate floor wasn’t laid properly.

We’ve stayed as a family three times now and will definitely be back. The apartment is a good size, and the location is hard to beat: the swimming pool, cable car, spa park, ice rink, restaurants, and shops are all an easy walk away. The furnishings aren’t perfect everywhere, but we love staying here. The whole team is so friendly that we feel completely welcome, even with the children. Breakfast is fantastic, all the beds are made when we arrive, and the value is excellent. You can also buy drinks in the basement if you haven’t had time to go to the supermarket, and there’s a snack vending machine.

Really nice, clean, and tidy, right in the center, with parking and friendly landlords. At last, a kitchen that’s properly equipped: two TVs, two coffee makers, a microwave, ceramic hob, and oven.
