For a 2-star hotel, the rooms were quite decent, and the price was good value. I had a really nice stay at Wienecke, helped along by excellent service and staff who were incredibly friendly.

The employees were nice, the price was good, and it's close to the center. The place feels old-fashioned, though. Bring your own pillow, seriously, it was the worst one I've ever used. The Wi-Fi wasn't reliable either and disconnected sometimes.

Petra took such good care of us during our six nights there, like we were family, and nothing was too much trouble. It's well placed for an easy walk to Altstadt and the Schloss. I'll stay here again on my next trip to Germany.

The apartments were clean and nice, with kitchens, and the location was good, about five minutes from the bus and tram stop. Breakfast was average, but fine for the price. The staff were really friendly, probably the place's biggest selling point.

For a 2-star hotel, this is really nice. It's clean and quiet, and guests get coffee at a flat rate :-) The mattresses and pillows were too soft for me, though, and quite uncomfortable.
